(More customer reviews)I received this case as a gift and it seemed like a pretty good deal, charge my ipod "wirelessly" and get a case at the same time. Unfortunately, the case doesn't like to come off of the ipod. I spent hours trying to unattach the case, but to no avail. Finally I gave up and looked online to see if anyone else had problems similarly to mine. Turns out the internet is filled with people who couldnt get their cases off except by using extreme measures that I wasn't willing to risk. I figured that there must be a trick to it so I called the manufacturer who directed me to their website. They have a specific video detailing how to remove the case (so you know its a common problem). Unfortunately, while this video makes it seem like an easy task, I was still unable to remove the case. I think this might only be an issue with some of the cases, maybe I just pushed it into place too hard the first time? Either way, beware. It's been a few months now, and my ipod is still being held captive by the powermat casing.
