(More customer reviews)I bought this product to help organize my desk and for travel. The mini-usb doesn't work on my phone. More of a problem with Motorola's exclusivity software I guess. The provided connection doesn't work on my I-Pod Touch either. I can't get it to fit because I have a cover on it. The connector that came with my I-Pod does work with it. Therefore, not able to downsize as much as I would like, but still workable and I still use it.
