(More customer reviews)Unfortunately, the product arrived and after attempting (3 different people) to connect the bluetooth, it did not work. I emailed and called the seller for assistance and have not yet heard back. I decided to return the item but unlike my other items, this seller does things differently and you must contact them to return the item. I have left a message...hoping to hear back soon so that I can return the defective item.
