(More customer reviews)This works fine to play movies on a TV from my Itouch. But it sends no signal from my Ipad2 to my TV. Yet the ad says it has an apple chip, which will work with future updates on the product line. It didn't specifically say it worked on ipad2's, but it strongly implied it would. I am keeping this because it is a good cable for my Itouch.I also tried what other reviewers suggested in reviews on similar cables--like plugging the cable to your TV first and then turning on your Ipad and starting the movie. It still did not work. If anyone can advise how to make this cable work with my Ipad2 to play movies on a TV, I would appreciate it. To play my Ipad2 on a TV, I had to buy an HDMI/Ipad2 adapter at the local Apple store.
