(More customer reviews)Ordered the adapter based on the picture, the main reason for ordering it was for the right angle adapter end. Also noticed that the power end was 2 prong and not 3 prong which I wanted as well. When the adapter arrived it was nothing like the picture, it had a straight adapter end and it had a 3 prong plug. I complained and the vendor was very eager to make it right. After a couple of emails the lady said she confirmed that they had the correct adapter and if I would retract my neutral review she would send it to me at no charge. Agreed! I pulled my neutral review and withing 5 days I had a new package at my door. However after opening the package I discovered that it is the EXACT SAME ADAPTER that they sent the first time. Apparently she didn't 'confirm' anything. I emailed her back and she apologized and said that they didn't have the correct adapter. She arranged for a full refund including shipping which I received promptly. Their customer service is good, they seem eager to do the right thing, but they were not very thorough in actually finding out if they had the adapter that was pictured. I haven't checked yet but it would be very disappointing if the same picture was in their add yet they were still selling something different.
